Article 1118. General Provisions.
1. Dispose of property in case of death is possible only by making a will. 2. A will may be made by a citizen who possesses full legal capacity at the time of his making. 3. The will must be made in person. Making a will through a representative is not allowed. 4. A will may contain orders of only one citizen. Making a will by two or more citizens is not allowed. 5. A will is a one-sided transaction that creates rights and obligations after the opening of the inheritance.
