Article 1203. Personal law of a foreign organization that is not a legal entity under a foreign law.

The personal law of a foreign organization that is not a legal entity under a foreign law is considered to be the law of the country where this organization is established. The activities of such an organization, if applicable is Russian law, respectively, the rules of this Code, which regulate the activities of legal entities, unless otherwise following from the law, other legal acts or the substance of the relationship.
