Article 129. The turnover of civil rights.
1. Objects of civil rights may be freely alienated or transferred from one person to another in the order of universal succession (inheritance, reorganization of a legal entity) or in any other way, if they are not withdrawn from circulation or not restricted in circulation. 2. Types of objects of civil rights, the presence of which in circulation is not allowed (objects withdrawn from circulation) must be directly indicated in the law. Types of objects of civil rights, which may belong only to certain participants in turnover or whose presence in circulation is allowed by special permission (objects that are limited in circulation), are determined in the manner prescribed by law. 3. Land and other natural resources may be alienated or transferred from one person to another in other ways to the extent that their circulation is permitted by the laws on land and other natural resources.
