Article 427. Approximate terms of the contract.

1. The contract may stipulate that its individual conditions are determined by the approximate conditions developed for contracts of the corresponding type and published in the press. 2. In cases where the contract does not refer to model conditions, such model conditions apply to the relations of the parties as business customs, if they meet the requirements established by Article 5 and paragraph 5 of Article 421 of this Code. 3. Approximate conditions may be presented in the form of an exemplary contract or another document containing these conditions.
