Article 595. The risk of accidental loss of property transferred under the payment of permanent rent.

1. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to property transferred free of charge against the payment of permanent rent is borne by the payer of rent. 2. In the event of accidental loss of or accidental damage to property transferred for payment under the payment of permanent rent, the payer has the right to demand, respectively, the termination of the obligation to pay rent or change the conditions for its payment.
