Article 602. Obligation to provide content with a dependent.
1. The duty of the rent payer to provide maintenance with a dependent may include the provision of housing, food and clothing, and if this is required by the state of health of the citizen, also caring for him. A life-long maintenance contract with a dependent may also provide for the payment by the payer of the ritual services. 2. In a life maintenance contract with a dependent, the value of the total maintenance with a dependent must be determined. At the same time, the cost of the total amount of maintenance per month may not be less than two minimum wages established by law. 3. When resolving a dispute between the parties about the amount of content that is provided or should be provided to the citizen, the court should be guided by the principles of good faith and reasonableness.
