Article 604. Alienation and use of property transferred for maintenance of life imprisonment.
The rent payer has the right to alienate, transfer to pledge or otherwise burden real estate transferred to him as a security for life, only with the prior consent of the recipient of the rent. The rent payer is obliged to take the necessary measures to ensure that during the period of the provision of life-long maintenance with a dependent the use of the said property does not lead to a decrease in the value of this property.
