1. A lease agreement is concluded for a period determined by the agreement. 2. If the lease term is not specified in the contract, the lease contract shall be deemed to be concluded for an indefinite period. In this case, each of the parties has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time, warning the other party about it in one month, and when renting real estate in three months. The law or the contract may establish a different period for warning of the termination of a lease agreement concluded for an indefinite period. 3. The law may establish maximum (limit) terms of an agreement for certain types of lease, as well as for renting certain types of property. In these cases, if the lease term is not specified in the contract and none of the parties refused the contract before the expiration of the deadline established by law, the contract is terminated after the deadline. A lease agreement concluded for a period exceeding the statutory deadline shall be deemed concluded for a term equal to the maximum one.
