Article 613. The rights of third parties to the property being leased.
Transfer of property for rent is not a basis for termination or change of rights of third parties to this property. When concluding a lease agreement, the lessor is obliged to warn the tenant about all rights of third parties to the property being leased (servitude, pledge right, etc.). Failure by the lessor of this obligation gives the tenant the right to demand a reduction of the rent or the termination of the contract and compensation for damages.
