Article 727. Confidentiality of information received by parties.
If, thanks to the performance of its obligations under the contract, the party received information from the other party about new solutions and technical knowledge, including those not protected by law, as well as information that can be considered as a commercial secret have the right to communicate it to third parties without the consent of the other party. The procedure and conditions for the use of such information are determined by agreement of the parties.
