Article 782. Unilateral refusal to execute a contract for paid services.
1. The customer shall have the right to refuse to perform the contract for the provision of paid services, provided that the contractor actually incurred expenses to pay the contractor. 2. The contractor shall have the right to refuse to perform obligations under the contract for the provision of services only if full compensation is paid to the customer.
