Article 786. The contract of carriage of a passenger.
1. Under the passenger carriage contract, the carrier undertakes to transport the passenger to the destination, and in the event of the passenger handing over the baggage also deliver the baggage to the destination and give it to the person entitled to receive the baggage the passenger undertakes to pay the established fare, and when checking in and for carrying the baggage. 2.
