Article 806. Unilateral refusal to execute the contract of transport expedition.

Either of the parties has the right to refuse to perform the contract of transport expedition, warning about it to the other party within a reasonable time. In the event of a unilateral refusal to perform the contract, the party that declared the refusal shall indemnify the other party for losses caused by the termination of the contract.
