Article 854. Grounds for debiting funds from an account.

1. The funds are debited from the account by the bank on the basis of the client’s order. 2. Without a client’s order, the withdrawal of funds on the account is permitted by a court decision, as well as in cases established by law or provided for by the agreement between the bank and the client.
