Article 909. Inspection of goods during their receipt by the warehouse and during storage.
1. Unless otherwise provided by the contract of warehouse storage, when accepting goods for storage, the warehouse must, at its own expense, inspect the goods and determine their quantity (number of units or items or measure - weight, volume) and external condition. 2. A warehouse must provide the goods owner with the opportunity to inspect the goods or their samples during storage if the storage is carried out with impersonation, take samples and take measures necessary to ensure the safety of the goods.
