Article 921. Storage of valuables in a bank.
1. A bank may accept for safekeeping securities, precious metals and stones, other precious things and other valuables, including documents. 2. The conclusion of a contract for storing valuables in a bank shall be certified by issuing by the bank to the bailor a registered personal document, the presentation of which is the basis for issuing the stored values to the bailor.
