Article 992. Execution of a commission order.

The commission agent is obligated to execute the order on the most advantageous conditions for the commissioner in accordance with the instructions of the commissioner, and in the absence of such instructions in the contract in accordance with the customs of business turnover or other usually made requirements. In the case when the commission agent made the transaction on terms more favorable than those indicated by the committent, the additional benefit is divided between the committent and the commission agent equally, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties.
