Article 994. Subcommission.

1. Unless otherwise provided by the commission agreement, the commission agent shall have the right to conclude an agreement of the subcommission with another person for the execution of this agreement, while remaining responsible for the actions of the subcommissioner to the committent. Under the agreement of the subcommission, the commissioner acquires the rights and obligations of the commissioner with respect to the subcommissioner. 2. Until the commission agreement is terminated, the committent shall not have the right to enter into direct relations with the sub-commissioner without the consent of the commissioner, unless otherwise provided by the commission agreement.
