Article 999. The report of the commission agent.

Upon execution of the commission, the commission agent is obliged to submit a report to the committent and transfer to him all the commission received under the contract. The committent who has objections to the report must inform the commission agent about them within thirty days from the date of receipt of the report, unless a different period is established by agreement of the parties. Otherwise, the report in the absence of another agreement is considered accepted.
